As I recenty received a new pair of richie eisler carbon free skates I decided to film a breaking in edit.

As the weather still sucks and I got Ill and have to stay at home for like 2 weeks I started to work on some pictures.
Some portraits but also some skating from our last park sessions. take a glimpse
A Chosen Few Stuttgart & recovering
We spend a lot of time with the organisation of the event and now as its over i have to say it was definitely worth it.
The competition was huge, we had up to 200? skaters, no trouble with the police, good weather and the best after party ever.
And I totally mean THE BEST. Ouh and one of the most amazing last tricks ever but did I already mention the BEST party?
2 guys got dragged out of the club sleeping, one for molesting girls, and five others for whatever. We “met” a crazy äh girl that ähm tried to improve her flute playing skills. Some moments later she decided that somebody hit her, freaked out and tried to beat me up. She got beer showered for slapping someone else. One of us got lost and was found sleeping by medics. two times. And got lost again while others spend 2-300€ to ensure that nobody had to suffer from thirst. While one of us left early to catch a flight to hollywood others had interesting encounters with the police cause some people considered them “too loud”. I guess I dont have to mention all the good music, the dancing and drinking…
However, as you might or might not know a few months ago I had a shoulder surgery and didnt really skate since then.
During the comp ive tried to really skate for the first time. Well the shoulder takes some more time to heal up but its getting better…
A chosen few flyer
I finished working on the flyer for the chosen few competition in stuttgart.
I came up with the concept and some sketches but the final illustration is from K.N.
Shes an most impressive artist – if u need illustrations – shes your woman.

Halloween Session 2010
Samstag, 30ter Oktober 2010.
Zwischen 50-60 Skater aus ganz Deutschland haben sich in der Ulmer Reithalle zur Halloween Session eingefunden. Zu sehen gab es neben vielen „normalen“ Kostümen auch einige ausgefallenere. Der Preis für das definitiv beste Kostüm ging an Dagmar aus München für ihre Interpretation eines lebenden Müllbergmonsters. Das kostümierte skaten bereitete einigen größere Probleme als erwartet, davon unbeeindruckt zeigte sich Jotis aus Heidenheim, wenn überhaupt wirkte er noch sicherer mit seiner Sith (Star Wars) Maske. Neben Unzähligen Sessions an allen nur möglichen und unmöglichen Obstacles gab es auch einen Best Trick Contest. Diesen Konnte Jo aus Münster für sich entscheiden (u.a. 360 royal ao topsoul). Zweiter wurde der „Ulmer Local“ Felix (cab kindgrind, …). Die Preise wurden gesponsort von Gleis4 Streetwear und The Conference. Die Session lief bis spät in die Nacht und endete erst als wirklich keiner mehr stehen konnte.
Nachdem die ganze Aktion gut ankam werde ich mich bemühen das ganze nächstes jahr wieder zu verantalten.
Vorher gibts noch ein paar kleine nightsessions mit Generator, irgendwo in münchen.
